Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
I seek to make access to justice more equitable. To those clients who need help, I try and help them. Just as a doctor sees a patient who is in need and doesn't refuse them of assistance, I take the same approach to family law clients.
Mediation: I have taken family mediation training. In the last five years I have conducted, as counsel, more than 30 mediations. As mediator I have conducted 5 or fewer mediations.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
I have prepared clients for mediation by canvassing positions and giving advice. I have been available to clients who self-represent in mediations. I have also reviewed and advised on agreements coming out from mediations
