Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
I take pride in assisting clients based on their needs. I believe in settling matters without the assistance of the courts. This allows clients to have greater control of the final outcome. Further, this approach reduces legal costs and stress to clients.
Mediation: I have not taken family mediation training. I have acted as counsel in 5 or fewer mediations in the last 5 years.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
I am able to assist client's in preparing mediation briefs, attend mediation as counsel, or provide independent legal advice regarding a memorandum of understanding made at mediation.

Cultural Diversity Experience:
I myself am a visible minority. I was raised in an Indo-Canadian household. I played community football and some of my teammates and coaches were also visible minorities. I also attended law school abroad in Australia. As such, I have first-hand experience and knowledge through my childhood to present that allow me to assist clients who come from culturally diverse backgrounds and experiences. Working with various culturally diverse clients also provides me with experience to provide legal advice based on a client's cultural needs.
