Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
I can recommend whether unbundled services are appropriate during the initial consultation phase. My initial consultations are typically thirty minutes to one-hour in length, with the first thirty minutes at no charge. Mediation: I have family mediation training. In the last 5 years I have acted as counsel in 11-15 mediations. I do not act as a mediator.
