Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services

I feel strongly that Unbundled Legal Services should be available to clients to assist them in reaching a resolution in their Family Law Matter. I try to offer a service to clients as and when they require it.

Mediation

• Does not have family mediation training

• Does not practice family mediation as counsel or mediator

Cultural Diversity Experience

I practised in London, England and just outside of London for nearly 10 years before coming to Canada in 2007. London and the areas just outside of London are very diverse and multicultural, I routinely assisted clients from communities where English was a second language. A large part of my practice in England was legally aided in assisting people from lower income and vulnerable sections of society including women seeking protection orders, or clients with addiction issues.
