Mediation

• Has family mediation training

• Acted as counsel in 16-20 mediations in the last 5 years

• Does not act as mediator

Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation

My primary role in mediation is to advise the client of the risks and processes available to them if they do not settle. I prefer to let the client do much of the talking in a mediation to ensure the agreement is theirs as much as possible.

I have acted for clients of Asian and South Asian background and LGBTQ couples.
