Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
Jenna strongly believes in a collaborative approach. Jenna’s family law practice focuses on pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements as she is passionate about working together to achieve a desired result. Jenna is not a stranger to the court system as she has experience in Provincial Court and Supreme Court assisting clients with divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support and property division.
In addition to family law matters, Jenna assists clients with their estate planning needs. Jenna works with each client to ensure a thoughtful and strategic plan is in place. Jenna is detail-oriented and maintains excellent customer service.
Mediation: I do not have family mediation training.
