Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
My commitment to access to justice is what inspired me to become a lawyer. I understand that retaining a lawyer to handle your legal matter can be very expensive, especially if court is involved. As a result, people may want to represent themselves or try to come to an agreement outside of court in order to save costs. Therefore, I have helped clients with one aspect of their file, such as preparing for a single court application or drafting an agreement. I have also provided summary legal advice so that parties are equipped to ensure that they are making the right decision every step of the way
Mediation: I do not have family mediation training.
