Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services

My approach to providing legal services is to help my clients through their family law matters as economically and efficiently as possible having in mind their financial resources and the issues they face.

Mediation

• Does not have family mediation training

• Acted as counsel in 16-20 mediations in the last 5 years

• Does not act as mediator

Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation

My approach with mediation is to first assist my clients in confirming that a mediation would be a useful exercise in their proceedings, and then to determine the best type of mediation ... with & without counsel or via the collaborative process. Thereafter, we discuss & agree on the best lawyers & mediator for the job, and then I assist my clients in preparing for mediation, including attending thereat if agreed upon.
