Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation

We assist clients in assessing their options for a resolution, including various scenarios for parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property division. Clients are assisted in preparing the documentation necessary for mediation, including settlement proposals, mediation briefs, and financial disclosure. If requested, we will provide support during the mediation via phone or e-mail. We will also attend mediations in-person with the client.
