Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services

If the matter is straight forward and it is anticipated that my time on the matter will be relatively short, then I can quote a fixed fee. If the matter is more lengthy with some complications and it is anticipated that I will spend a significant amount of time on the matter, then I will quote a fee range subject to my hourly rate at the time in case the matter becomes much more complex or time consuming than originally anticipated. My current hourly rate is $175 per hour.
