Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:

I see my role as a legal coach mostly.  My job is to educate the client about procedures, strategy, and the law.

Mediation:  I do not have family mediation training. In the last 5 years I have acted as counsel in 6-10 mediations. I do not act as a mediator.

Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:

 Same issues as coaching, creating expectations that are reasonable and developing strategies to find mutual interests with other parties
