Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
My approach is to provide a tailored service to clients. Sometimes they do not necessarily know which portions for which they require assistance and I explain any and all options. I am able to provide more as the process goes on and continue those conversations.
Mediation: I have family mediation training and a credited family law mediator. I have conducted 20-25 mediations as counsel in the last 5 years.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
It depends on what they require, but it is important to know it is a client-led process that involves family violence screening. The services may be to provide information ahead, during, or after. The services may also be to draft contracts, summaries or binders. It should be tailored to the client's needs.
