Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
I am an experienced litigator and would be available to help with unbundled legal services. I am comfortable in the courtroom, but understand that's not always the best place for a family to end up. I will do my best to resolve all cases outside the courtroom if possible and be mindful of my actions and how they affect the children of the divorce.
Mediation: I have family mediation training. I have acted as counsel in 6 – 10 mediations in the last 5 years.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
I am an experienced litigator and I am comfortable in the courtroom, but I understand that's not always the best place for a family. I will do my best to negotiate what's fair for my client and keep them out of the courtroom as much as possible. I am mindful of my actions and how they may affect children of a divorce. Mediation is a great way to resolve issues outside of the courtroom.
