BC Family Unbundling Roster
The BC Family Law Unbundling Roster is a list of family lawyers and paralegals willing to perform discrete tasks for clients. These professionals let you choose which tasks you want help with versus which ones you will handle on your own. Because a lawyer or paralegal offering unbundled services is only doing some of the work, this arrangement usually costs less than full-scope legal representation.
The Roster provides information about lawyers and paralegals, including:
- Name, contact and location
- Fee structure and remote service options
- Supported languages
- Mediation experience

The BC Family Law Unbundling Roster is an initiative hosted by Courthouse Libraries BC and supported by Access to Justice BC and Mediate BC. Unbundling of legal services lets clients pay for some assistance depending on when they want help and what they can afford. Lawyers and paralegals self select to be listed in the Roster, but inclusion does not imply endorsement.
