Mrs. Formanek

Mrs. Formanek has been an educator in the Scottsdale Unified School District since 1990. She has loved teaching K-6th grades at Navajo, Pueblo, and Mohave. Mrs. Formanek received her B.A. in Early Childhood Ed. from A.S.U. and her M.A. in Education from N.A.U. She also holds endorsements in Reading, ESL, and Middle School Social Studies. Mrs. Formanek received the Charros Teacher of the Year Award in 2012 and has been published in The Mailbox, a magazine for teachers.
