Party Popper is a grumpy person who closes off herself from everyone except for her "friends" (consisting of Cupcake, Pizza, and Maple Leaf)- yet becomes jealous when others steal their attention away from her as they're all she allows herself to have.
Anger issues
Since Party Popper doesn't like confrontation, she believes her issues with eventually go away if she ignores them. She easily lets her dislikes / issues control her emotions (tending to be self-centered by making things about herself to cope).
