Must provide proof of authenticity and compliance with EU standards.
Products must be safe, labeled, and accurately described.
Orders must be shipped within the stated timeframe.
Returns/refunds are the brandβs responsibility.
BeYou365 is not liable for defective, unsafe, or delayed products.
π 6. Influencer & Affiliate Policy
Influencers must disclose paid promotions.
Commissions tracked via referral codes.
Monthly payouts.
Influencers are responsible for compliance with advertising and disclosure laws.
BeYou365 is not responsible for influencer statements or claims.
π 7. Withdrawal & Payout Policy
Minimum withdrawal: β¬20.
Processing time: 7 business days.
Stripe fees apply.
Payouts may be delayed if disputes/chargebacks occur.
BeYou365 is not liable for delays caused by banks, Stripe, or incorrect account details.

Verification required for salons/brands.
Fraudulent activity (fake bookings, counterfeit products) results in suspension.
BeYou365 reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud is suspected.
