Prerequisites
Background in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, computer science, marketing, or HCI
Basic familiarity with behavioural research methods.
An introductory understanding of AI or machine learning concepts
GPT-4 through ChatGPT (Pro) or via the API, optionally with a Python coding environment (like Jupyter or Google Colab)
Basic Python programming

Dr. Harshit Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor in Management Information Systems at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. He earned his Ph.D. from IIM Ahmedabad, focusing on communication technologies and their impact on organizations. Prior to XLRI, he taught at IIM Rohtak and IIM Kashipur and has industry experience in software development and systems architecture. His interdisciplinary research spans Digital Transformation, Workplace Innovation, and Intelligent Work Design, with published work on hybrid work models, gamification, and ICT engagement. Dr. Singh is also active in Executive Education, having led over 40 programs on topics like design thinking, data analytics, digital strategies, and the ethics of information systems, contributing significantly to the future of digital work and organizational innovation.
Dr. Vedant Dev is an Assistant Professor in the Management & Organizations area at Ahmedabad University. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Dr. Dev has industry experience in the human resource consulting and information technology sectors. He has provided consulting to some of the leading organizations like Pepsico, L’oreal, Indigo, and Perfetti van Melle. His doctoral research was on the incentive effects of pay-for-performance programs in business organizations. He has interdisciplinary research interests spanning the areas of organizational behaviour and human resource management, and information systems. His current areas of research are human-AI interaction, work design for AI augmentation, and gamification in organizations.
