If we become aware that a minor has provided BetMed with any information, we may discard this information unless required to comply with any binding legal or regulatory obligation. 3. Processed Personal Data

Personal data means any information that can directly or indirectly identify a person, including any information constituting personal data within the meaning of applicable privacy laws.

We process the personal data of visitors to betsson.info, users of our mobile apps, and participants in our online gaming/iGaming services. We also process personal data of individuals who contact us, follow us on social media, request information about our Services, or with whom we have any other relationship.

We receive personal data when you register with us, when you provide data, or at any other time you communicate with us. 5. Marketing

BetMed and our authorized third-party service providers use your personal data, such as your full name, home address, email, phone number, and other relevant info, for promotional purposes regarding Services we believe may interest you, based on your consent or, where applicable, our legitimate interest, in accordance with applicable law.

Direct Marketing You must give your approval to receive direct marketing information regarding bonus promotions and other incentives to use our Services. You can withdraw your approval at any time, free of charge, by following the instructions in the marketing updates (e.g., clicking unsubscribe in emails, via the "Marketing Settings" page in your account, or contacting Customer Support). We will process your request as soon as feasible. Note that even if you unsubscribe from direct marketing, you will still receive service- or transaction-related updates. Marketing preference changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Advertising on betsson.info From time to time, we may display advertisements on betsson.info tailored to you based on information collected from your interactions with our sites, content, or services. 6. Recipients of Your Personal Data

For the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, BetMed may share your personal data with other Betsson Group entities. This includes sharing self-exclusion or verification data for cross-network restrictions, centralized risk monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

In some cases, we are legally required to share your data with government entities, law enforcement, regulators, sports governing bodies, and other relevant authorities. This may happen if we suspect a violation of our Terms or applicable laws, or a threat to sports/gaming integrity. Such disclosures enforce our Terms, combat gambling addiction, and prevent/investigate crimes. We may also respond to subpoenas, warrants, or court orders, and share data with financial institutions (e.g., banks) when mandated by law.

When national law establishes self-exclusion registries, we must share relevant data with the responsible authority.

BetMed may outsource data processing to third parties (acting primarily as processors) to provide the Services. Sometimes, they act as joint or independent controllers (e.g., payment providers, social media platforms). We only share data with proper agreements in place. Recipient categories include:

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Other Countries

When we have service providers or partners located outside the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) in a third country not deemed adequate by the European Commission, we ensure data transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Upon request, we can provide you with the categories of data recipients and specific info regarding third-country data transfers.

8. Retention of Your Personal Data

BetMed will not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, unless a longer retention is required by law. If no longer necessary, we will securely delete or anonymize the info.

Retention periods are determined by the nature of the data, processing purpose, legal basis, and legal/industry obligations.

We retain info as long as your account is active. If closed, we retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations (tax laws, AML laws, gaming laws) and resolve disputes according to our data retention policies. 9. Automated Individual Decision-Making

BetMed uses fully or partially automated decision-making for:

• Checking sanctions/adverse media lists and central self-exclusion systems for AML and responsible gaming compliance.

• Analyzing transactions and behavior to create risk profiles (detecting money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud).

• Monitoring users at risk of addiction via risk assessments (analyzing behavior, transactions, and limits set).

• Investigating integrity issues (e.g., match-fixing).

• Monitoring compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

• Assessing VIP eligibility.

• Providing personalized recommendations, unless you opt out.

Any decision with a legal or significant impact on you will not be made without human intervention, unless permitted by law, necessary for our Agreement, or based on your explicit consent. For the latter two, you have the right to request a manual reassessment (right to human intervention).

Our systems are regularly tested. We cannot disclose detailed logic of our detection systems, as it would compromise their function.

10. What Are Your Rights?

You have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal data, including:

• The right to obtain confirmation and access your data or receive a copy. You can exercise this via your account under "Support" – "Personal Data". (Note: Subject to legal exceptions, we reserve the right not to disclose info that might negatively impact ongoing internal/authority investigations, AML risk assessments, confidential negotiations, strictly confidential internal procedures, third-party data, or info subject to Legal Professional Privilege.)

• The right to request correction of incorrect or incomplete data. You can update info in "My Account" or contact us.

• The right to erasure when: data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, you object (and there is no overriding interest), it's used for direct marketing, processing is unlawful, or it must be deleted for legal compliance. (Note: This right is not absolute and may be limited by legal obligations or legal claims.)

• The right to restrict processing when: verifying data accuracy after a correction request, processing was unlawful but you request restriction instead of erasure, data is needed by you for legal claims, or pending an objection assessment.

• The right to data portability (receiving data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format).

• The right to object when processing is based on legitimate interests, public interest tasks, or direct marketing (including profiling).

• The right to human intervention, to express your point of view, and to contest automated decisions producing legal/significant effects.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your member state, or with our Lead Supervisory Authority: the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.

11. Protection of Your Personal Data

We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. We use secure network connections, firewalls, encryption, and data anonymization where feasible. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. Betsson staff and contractors have limited, necessary access bound by confidentiality agreements.

You hold ultimate responsibility for keeping your username and password confidential. We will never ask for your password except when you log in to betsson.info. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Where mobile apps require biometric authentication, credentials are encrypted securely on your device, not stored by us.

We have procedures for dealing with data breaches. Where required, we will promptly notify you of any breach causing a high risk of significant harm and report it to relevant authorities.

12. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement. If subject to a material change, we will inform you via reasonable means, such as email or a notice on betsson.info, and require re-acceptance. Otherwise, changes apply from the "Last revised" date, and your continued use of the Services signifies acceptance.
