Class Schedule

Class Descriptions:

  • Barre- Ballet inspired workouts performed at the ballet barre and on the mat. Dance background is not necessary, as the movements can be performed at any exercise level. Take your shoes off and feel the burn! All levels are welcome.
  • Bootcamp- These classes offer a variety of different workouts that include TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, free weights, body weight exercises and more. Functional training is important to us, it helps strengthen our clients for daily life here in Tahoe. Each class will incorporate circuit training and interval training. All levels are welcome.
