This Subscription Agreement (hereafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and ON COURSE 021 DOO ("we" or the "Company"), governing the subscription-based services available for the Bestmy - Heart Rate & Health application (hereafter referred to as the "App").
1. Subscription Services Overview
1.1 The App provides a Premium Membership subscription service, which unlocks full access to exclusive features. These features include, but are not limited to:
- In-depth analysis of historical heart rate data
- Predictive reports on health trends
- An advertising-free user experience
- Custom-tailored health recommendations
2. Subscription Pricing and Duration
2.1 The App offers the following subscription plans for your selection:
- Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
- Annual Subscription: $39.99 per year
2.2 All listed prices include any applicable taxes required by local regulations, with no additional hidden fees.
3. Payment Processing and Auto-Renewal
3.1 Your subscription will be set to auto-renew by default through your iTunes account. To disable auto-renewal, you must adjust your account settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal.
3.2 The renewal fee for your selected subscription plan will be charged to your linked payment method within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription term.
4. Free Trial Offer
4.1 From time to time, we may make a limited-duration free trial of the Premium Membership available to eligible users. Upon the expiration of this free trial period, your subscription will automatically transition to a paid plan—unless you cancel the trial before it ends through your iTunes account settings.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 You have the right to manage or cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please access your iTunes account settings and follow the designated cancellation steps.
5.2 If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to enjoy full access to Premium Membership benefits until the end of the currently paid subscription period. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the period.
5.3 In line with Apple’s standard refund policies, we do not typically process refund requests for active or expired subscriptions. However, for exceptional cases (e.g., technical errors caused by the App), please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
6.1 We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, plan benefits, or other terms of this Agreement at our discretion. Any changes will not take effect during your current subscription period—they will only apply to the next renewal cycle, and we will notify you of such changes in advance when possible.

Important Notes
- This Subscription Agreement, along with the App’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, collectively forms the complete and binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Premium Membership service.
- By continuing to use the Premium Membership service after any updates to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the revised terms.
