This monitor is the best thing I could have ever purchased for my elderly parents. It brings such peace of mind to me since I live 2 hours away from them. Not only is this monitoring system top notch, when I need technical support, but the owner of the company also responds and takes time to walk me through each process and doesn’t leave until all user issues are resolved. Best customer service and follow up of any company I have ever worked with in the past!! Wish all companies treated their customers like this!!
