The officials from Idaho Falls agreed to pay the $11.7M to the man who spent two decades in prison because of being wrongfully convicted. The city council voted to accept the settlement agreement with Christopher Tapp. Although this is big money, this is not enough to take the life away from Mr. Tapp for two decades.
