The magnetic resonant motor is a coreless 3D printable machine based on wireless power transfer through magnetic resonance coupling. The machine presents a new concept of electric motor design that combines magnetic resonance coupling and the fundamentals of electric motor design.
The motor is a two-phase machine with non-magnetic and non-conductive cores made of reinforced plastic material. The cores and all the mechanical parts of the machine were 3D printed. The machine is designed for lightweight and micro-robotics applications
