Heather has been in the travel industry for many years and loves to help friends and families create memories through travel. Heather is married and is a mother of 2 wonderful kids. What started as a love of all things Disney and Disney travel has turned in to an amazing adventure creating customized vacations for others. Heather loves the planning process down to each small detail and promises the same to all of her clients. She specializes in group travel and would love to do that as well. Sara has been in the travel industry since the early 90's. She has a degree in Hospitality Management. She is married and has 5 incredible children. Sara has traveled the globe, including Europe, Africa, Canada and the Caribbean. Sara also started selling travel because of her love for Disney, yet quickly discovered that she wanted to expand and really dive in to All-Inclusive vacations, honeymoons and international travel. She would love to help you plan your next dream vacation!

Bill and Lindsey Smith joined Bernbach Travel in January 2021. Bill and Lindsey have been traveling the globe together for 15 years. The charm of the Caribbean and the family fun of Disney are just two destinations that they enjoy visiting. Bill and Lindsey decided to join Bernbach Travel because they want to share their love of travel with the world! Bill and Lindsey live in Raleigh, NC and have one son, Jackson. Both are happy to plan your travel to any destination in the US or the world!

Nikki is a full time pharmacist who loves to travel and explore. This mother of 2 children (now grown) is known for "always going somewhere" and wanted to start selling travel so others can always be going somewhere, too. Nikki loves discovering and learning about new destinations and has quite the bucket list of places to see as she adjusts to her "empty nest".

Jen has had the travel bug embedded in her from an early age. Early on, Jen would take a 5 hour road trip back and forth in the same day due to her love to explore. She has been to England, Scotland, and Paris. After meeting her husband the love of travel increased, and Jen had lots of opportunities to travel. Jen’s favorite place to travel is Venice, Italy where she went for her 10th anniversary. She is married to Dave and has 3 kids, and hopes her love of travel is passed on to her kids.

April has been in the travel industry for several years. She is married and has a 13 year old son, all of which enjoy going on travel adventures around the world.

As a family, they have traveled to over 25 states in the United States along with adventures to the Bahamas, Canada, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Mexico; not only to explore and enjoy the local cultures but to have fun with travel sports. Her expertise and training can help plan your travel to places your heart desires. Whether it’s cruising, Disney, Universal or anything in-between, it will be her pleasure to book ALL your travel needs.

Hey Y’all! My name is Jordan! I’m from Willow Spring, NC! I have a Golden Retriever named Sadie Grace! I’ve worked in Postpardum/ NICU for about 5 years. Recently, I have always had a passion for traveling and experiencing new places and cultures. When I took my first visit to my favorite island, Turks and Caicos, I knew I wanted to grow more into the travel industry! International, All Inclusive, Cruises, Disney and anything in between, Let’s cross it off your bucket list!!

My name is Hannah! I am a mom to 3 wonderful kids. My love for Disney started when we took our kids for the first time, seeing the magic in their eyes was all ot took for me. My obsession with Disney World and my love for helping people plan their magical trips is what led me to become a travel agent. I specialize in Disney World and Universal Studios, but I am working on expanding my knowledge of travel.

Bobbie is a mom to 3, a wife, and a full time teacher. She lives with her family in Durham, NC. Bobbie joined Bernbach Travel in January 2022 as an agent, prior to that she was a client. She loves to collect memories with her family instead of things. Her passion is to help others collect memories as well. Bobbie is available to help you collect those memories domestically, internationally, in Disney, Universal, on a cruise ship, or in an all-inclusive resort. She will tell you that today is a great day to make a memory!

Lindsay has a love for travel and helping others make their travel dreams come true. Lindsay has been planning her family's vacations since she was 16. Travel is not only a passion for her but a way of life.

Kim is a part-time preschool teacher who loves to travel with her family during her school breaks. She believes that the experience of seeing the world is one of the greatest learning experiences her family can have. Kim loves to immerse herself in the culture of the country she is visiting, eat the local cuisine, talk to the people, and see the sights. She has traveled to the Caribbean, Europe, and Mexico/Central America, as well as all over our beautiful country (including Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal). She and her family also enjoy cruising and taking ski vacations in the Western US. She would love to help you make all of your travel dreams come true!
