I am a researcher at Puey Ungphakorn Institute for Economic Research (PIER) at the Bank of Thailand and a visiting scholar at GRIPS, Tokyo, Japan.
My research lies at the intersection of Macroeconomics, Development Economics, and Family Economics. I study household consumption risk-sharing under income risk using empirical analysis and structural life-cycle models, with a particular focus on the role of private transfer networks and public assistance in developing economies.
