This was a game created with other students within GCU for the Global Game Jam 2024. For my first game jam project I feel like it went really well and for me personally reinvgorated my love for game development after focusing on more back end projects like my C++ Game Engine and getting to work with other programmers on a project which I have not been able to do fully before.
My contribution was the creation of the mini game upon telling a successful joke, where you would be tasked with catching the flys the audience throws at you upon telling a good joke. I also was tasked with tying together the general game loop and logic through a manager that would determine the next stage of the game and switch to the next phase.
