I am a PhD student at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia working under the supervision of Luka Boc Thaler. I am also a young researcher at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, and Mechanics in Ljubljana. Here is my CV.
Research wise I am interested in complex analysis and complex dynamics. Currently, I'm looking into Arakelyan approximation and its applications in complex dynamics.

I am currently the team leader for the International Mathematics competition (IMC) team of the University of Ljubljana.
I co-organized the conference Konferenca slovenskih matematikov 2025, where I was in charge of the youth section.
From 2020 to 2024, I was part of the tutoring program at the Faculty of Mathematics in Ljubljana. It's a voluntary program where senior students help their younger colleagues with any math or study-related problems they might have. I was also one of the co-leaders of the program in 2024.
Since 2023, I have been lecturing at summer and winter schools for high school students organized by the University of Ljubljana.
I helped out at the conference Positivity XI, which was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2023.
I was a guide at the 2023 European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO), which was held in Portorož, Slovenia.
Since 2022, I have been grading the national mathematics competition for high school students.
I helped create the platforms e-Matura and e-Znanje. These are online platforms that Slovenian high school students can use to prepare for the national end-of-high school examination, the matura exam.
Since 2018, I have been teaching LEGO robotics to elementary and high school students. I was also a coach for LEGO robotics competitions, such as FIRST LEGO League (FLL) or World Robot Olympiad (WRO). Nowadays, I act as a judge at national and international LEGO robotics competitions.
I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees (2019-2022 and 2022-2024 respectively) in mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
My Bachelor's thesis is titled Quasiconformal surgery and Herman rings. The thesis covers the construction of a rational map with a Herman ring using quasiconformal surgery. It received the faculty Prešeren award in the year 2022. (thesis)
My Master's thesis is titled To Runge approximation via quasiconformal folding. The thesis is on quasiconformal folding and how it can be used to show an improved version of the classical Runge approximation theorem, which gives additional control over critical values and critical points of the approximating polynomial. It received the faculty Prešeren award in the year 2024. (thesis)
