I received my Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in 2022, advised by Daniel Thompson. My CV can be found here. You can contact me at "bcall" followed by "@uic.edu".
In Fall 2024, I'm excited to be co-organizing the AIM Research Community "Big Ideas in Dynamics" with Noelle Sawyer. You can find more info about this program, which wehave been running since Spring 2023, here. We, along with Laura Schaposnik, also organized a hybrid conference "Big Ideas in Dynamics and Geometry" at UIC in Fall 2024.
When I'm not doing math, I enjoy crossword puzzles, playing the cello, baking, and playing volleyball.
