About

My name is Benjamin C. Adams (he/him). I am a Lecturer at the University of Tennessee at Martin, teaching a 3/3 course load. My research interests are in labor economics, education economics, and personnel economics. 

I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

My research uses longitudinal data to examine educational outcomes, the determinants and consequences of performance pay, and the relationship between noncognitive skills and health behaviors.
