A HEART THAT STOPS WITH SELF LIMITS ITS IMPACT.

From Genesis to Revelation, God reveals Himself as One who cares about people. He blessed Abraham so that "all the families of the earth shall be blessed." He gave Israel laws to protect the poor, the widow, the orphan, and the stranger. Jesus fed the hungry, healed the sick, comforted the brokenhearted, and laid down His life for the world. God's heart has always been bigger than that of any one individual. Therefore, anyone who desires to walk closely with God must develop a heart that reaches beyond personal interests. When your heart begins to carry what matters to God, your life begins to carry greater purpose.

BIG BLESSINGS REQUIRE BIG CHARACTER.

Large blessings require humility, integrity, compassion, wisdom, and generosity. Without these qualities, wealth can become destructive instead of useful. God is able to entrust greater influence to those who have already demonstrated faithfulness in small things. Before He enlarges your territory, He enlarges your character. Before He increases your resources, He develops your heart. A person may desire millions, but if that person's heart remains small, selfish, and indifferent to the suffering of others, that person is not yet prepared for the responsibility that greater blessings bring.

BECOME A CHANNEL, NOT A DEAD END.

The Dead Sea receives water but gives none away; therefore, nothing lives in it. In contrast, a flowing river brings life wherever it goes. God desires His children to live like rivers. Every blessing received should become a blessing shared. Every opportunity should create opportunities for others. Every promotion should become an occasion to lift someone else. The people God uses most powerfully are often those who understand that they have been blessed to become a blessing.
