This Privacy Policy explains how "Smart Cleaner" (the "App") collects and uses information.
File Access and Processing (Section 1)
The App accesses your device's files, photos, and videos in order to clean up storage space. All scanning and cleaning operations are performed entirely on your device. File contents or file lists are never transmitted to the developer or to any external server. Metadata of deleted items (name, size, path) is stored only in the device's local database to support the trash/restore feature.
Permission Usage (Section 2)
Storage/Media access: used to find and clean junk files, duplicate files, large files, and photos.
Folder access (Storage Access Framework): used to perform deep cleaning within the folder scope you select.
Usage access (optional): used only to find unused apps. You must grant this permission yourself in Settings; all other features work normally without it.
Notifications: used to notify you of automatic cleaning results and cleanup suggestions.
The App does not use MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, or other sensitive or restricted permissions.
Information Collected via Advertising, Google AdMob (Section 3)
The App uses Google AdMob advertising (banner and interstitial ads). AdMob and Google may collect and use the following information to serve, measure, and personalize ads:
Advertising ID
Device information and approximate (non-precise) location
App interaction data and ad impression/click data

Children's Privacy (Section 4)
The App is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Deletion (Section 5)
Uninstalling the App removes all settings and trash metadata stored on the device.
