Information we collect: The app does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no account or login. Your workouts and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. Advertising: The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google's advertising SDK may access your device's Advertising ID and standard technical information (such as device type) to show and measure ads. This processing is performed by Google, not by us. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings under Google and then Ads. Vibrate is used for haptic cues at interval changes. The app does not request storage, location, camera, microphone, or contacts permissions.
