FuelTrail (the app) is a fuel-log and vehicle running-cost utility. In short: the app itself does not collect, upload, or share any personal information, and everything you enter stays on your device.
Information the app stores: Your fill-ups, vehicles, maintenance reminders, and preferences are stored only in local storage on your device. This data is never transmitted to us and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the app removes it.
No account and no personal data: FuelTrail has no sign-in or account. It does not request your location, and does not access your contacts, photos, files, or messages. It uses no vehicle telemetry, OBD, Bluetooth, or camera access.
Advertising: The app is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To show ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process a device advertising identifier and standard technical information (such as device type and general region) for advertising purposes. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads . You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
Children: FuelTrail is a general-audience utility intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Changes: If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
