About Me:

Hello! I'm Ben Singer (They/He). I'm a fourth-year undergraduate student at Dartmouth College, majoring in mathematics and music. In the former, I focus on algebraic and arithmetic geometry, with a particular interest in p-adic geometry, Brauer groups, interactions with homotopy theory/higher category theory, and explicit computational techniques. I primarily work with Asher Auel and Salim Tayou. In the latter, I play 6 instruments (piano, organ, cello, guitar, bass guitar, percussion), but am most active as a classical and experimental pianist under Sally Pinkas's guidance.

I am also currently president of the Dartmouth Powerlifting Team (About – Dartmouth Powerlifting) and am an active competitive powerlifter in the 82.5kg class.
