When you register for an Bellove account, we need to collect your mobile phone number and SMS verification code to help you complete registration and protect your account security. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use our services normally.
(2) Market Data and Information Browsing
When you use Bellove to browse stock quotes and financial information, to ensure you can use our services normally, we collect your device information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, IDFV), IP address, MAC address, etc. This information is essential for providing the service.
(3) Trading Services
When you use Bellove's trading features, to meet securities regulatory requirements and ensure transaction security, we need to record your trading account, order records, transaction history, and related information. In accordance with anti-money laundering and other legal requirements, relevant transaction records will be retained for the period prescribed by law.
(4) Intelligent Analysis and Decision Support
Bellove's core function is to provide stock trading analysis. To fulfill this function, we may collect preference information such as your watchlist and followed stocks to optimize your analysis experience. This information is used solely to provide you with personalized services and will not be shared externally.
(5) Device Permission Requests
When you use the following features, Bellove may request relevant device permissions:

We do not use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this policy. You can manage or clear cookies according to your preferences; however, if you do so, you may need to log in again each time you visit.

Transaction-related records: In accordance with anti-money laundering and other regulatory requirements, retained for no less than 5 years from the date of transaction completion;
Account information: Retained while you continue to use our services. After account cancellation, we will decide whether to delete or anonymize the data based on legal requirements or actual needs;
Technical logs and operational records: Retained for no more than 12 months, unless extended to address security incidents or legal disputes.
When your personal information exceeds the retention period, we will delete or anonymize it.

(2) Correct Your Personal Information
When you find that the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request correction. You can correct it yourself through the "Profile" function in the App, or submit a correction request via the contact information at the end of this policy.
(3) Delete Your Personal Information
You may request deletion of your personal information in the following circumstances:
If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account.
(4) Cancel Your Account
You may cancel your registered account at any time. You can do this through the account cancellation feature in the App or contact our customer service for assistance. After account cancellation, we will stop providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable law.
(5) Change the Scope of Your Consent
You can change the scope of personal information we collect by adjusting your device system settings or using the relevant features within the App.
(6) Responding to Your Requests
For security purposes, you may be required to provide a written request or other proof of identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
We generally do not charge a fee for reasonable requests, but we may charge a certain cost for repeated or excessive requests beyond reasonable limits.
6. Protection of Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are under the age of 14, you should obtain prior consent from your parent or guardian before using our services. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such data promptly.
