Failure to attend your appointment on time will result in a reduced treatment time to allow following clients to be seen on time.

If you need to change or cancel your booking or if you miss your appointment completely without notice there is a $25 fee ($50 for appointments over 1 hour) and you will need to pay in advance before booking in again.
