Our thanks to the homeowners who joined us for the Board Meeting conducted on January 13, 2025. Minutes of the Board meeting of September 17, 2024, are now available.

Homeowners are welcome to join the open session of any Board meeting. These meetings are typically held at least quarterly. See the Events page for details of scheduled meetings.

The Board welcomes feedback from our neighbors at any time. Let us know what is working well or where the Association may have opportunities for further improvement.

2024 Annual July 4th Parade

The annual community Independence Day parade is sponsored by the Bellaire Ridge, Bellaire Park North, and Meadows West residential associations. It is always great to see so many homeowners come out to participate in the celebrations!
