The Board of the Bellaire Ridge Residential Association comprises five homeowners. Each volunteer member serves a two-year term. They are responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Association, and typically conduct a Board meeting once a quarter. All homeowners are welcome to attend the open session of any Board meeting.

As required by State legislation, administration of the architectural change review process is performed by a committee independent of the Board. The committee shall comprise at least three volunteer homeowners. The members of the committee are responsible for reviewing all proposed exterior home changes to ensure they follow the architectural guidelines set out in the Association’s governing documents.
