Membership
B.E.A. Belarus Expats’ Association comprises of 2 distinctive entities.
A commercial entity, offering numerous services of assistance to newcomers, translations, language classes, etc.
A nonprofit entity = B.E.A.’s Club, with a private bar open to expatriates from all over the world and locals wishing to socialize with us, every Saturday from 6 to 10 pm. Quality beverages include: wines, beers, juices and soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Quality tapas (finger food) provided like stuffed pies, quiche, cheeses, deli meats, smoked fish, olives, potato chips and others.
Membership fee:
1 month (minimum) = 10€.
6 months = 30€.
The annual membership fee is 50€.
Weekend outdoor activities for adults and children. Saturday’s evening’s gatherings.
Business club: Trainings, attendance of exhibitions, business angels, job opportunities, etc.
Special events during national holidays: sightseeing, festivals, flee-markets, concerts, etc.

We wish to organise activities for all ages during weekends and Belarussian national holidays, but also for the celebrations of your home country. For instance, one important event for children in Belgium is 6 December, Feast of Saint Nicholas.
Indoor activities
Board games. Chinese Poker (鋤大D ♦ Sho ♣ Tai ♥ Ti ♠). Chess. Checkers, etc.
Attend theatre, opera, concerts, dance, musical, sport events and other live performances.
Attend new exhibitions, international fairs, etc.
DIY, creative art workshops: drawing, painting, puzzle, construction, ceramic, broidery, cooking, etc.
Participate in events organized by the international community. For instance, the Indian embassy in Minsk organizes numerous events.
Outdoor activities:
Attend festivals, flee-markets, visit theme parks, natural reserves, etc.
Wild plants picking workshops in the parks of Minsk and the many nature reserves of Belarus. One-day initiation courses, to discover our wild plants, medicinal and nutritional plants, forgotten fruits and vegetables.
Your guide: Ruben Vandersmissen, is Belgian, he is not a botanist. Although he is trained as a horticulturist, which tells you nothing about the world of so-called "weeds", his knowledge of wild plants comes from his own learning. He lived for 5 months in the Belgian Ardennes, because he wanted to experience eating exclusively wild plants. Saturdays gathering
When: Every Saturday from 6 to 10 pm.

Our Saturday meetings function in the manner of the palaver stick in order to avoid cacophony. Round tables so that all participants can see everyone. The one who holds the palaver stick in hand speaks and everyone agrees not to interrupt him. We invite participants to come with pen and paper. To note the desired interventions or questions. So, when everyone has their turn to speak, they can always bounce back to the comments of a previous member. Translations will be provided in all languages.
Special events

Fees to advertise on B.E.A.
Our B.E.A. website is currently available in the following languages: English – Spanish – French – Russian.
Soon we shall also have our website translated into the following other languages: German - Traditional Arab – Mandarin Chinese – Hindi - Portuguese – Turkish – Italian – Polish.
How do we charge our advertisers?
1) A fixed monthly fee, for being promoted with your banner and website address.
2) An additional monthly fee according to the increase of our monthly audience: total number of individual visitors. For total transparency our advertisers will have access to our traffic metrics – website analytics.
Fixed monthly fee:
20 € or 60 BYN for 1 banner.
30 € or 90 BYN for 2 banners.
50 € or 150 BYN for 3 maximum banners.
Additional audience monthly fee:
Fee per minimum 100 individual visitors per month = 1 € or 3 BYN.
Minimum 200 individual new visitors per month = 2 € or 6 BYN. Etc.
