If you want a compact, high-temp seal for small vacuum lines and bypass valves on your motorcycle, choose BEIJIULI 4-Ply; if you need a heavy-duty 90-degree transition for large cold air intakes or intercooler piping, choose Tyeioms 90. These two parts serve fundamentally different roles in the engine bay, and picking the wrong one won't just be a waste of money—it could lead to leaks that ruin performance or damage your machine. I have analyzed the design specifications and material limits of both options to help you decide which component fits your specific build requirements without guessing.
• BEIJIULI 4-Ply: Its greatest strength is precision sealing for small-diameter ports with a massive 350°F heat tolerance, but it is strictly limited to straight plugs and cannot handle high-volume airflow transitions.
• Tyeioms 90: It excels as a robust directional coupler for larger systems with a higher pressure rating of 2MPA, though its shorter leg length and larger diameter make it unsuitable for tiny vacuum ports.
• Best For: Choose BEIJIULI 4-Ply for filling empty throttle body or heater core ports on motorcycles; choose Tyeioms 90 for redirecting intake air from turbochargers or intercoolers in larger automotive builds.
The BEIJIULI 4-Ply hose cap is designed for a very specific niche: plugging off unused ports on an engine that has been modified or stripped down. When you install aftermarket parts on a motorcycle or car, you often end up with extra vacuum lines or coolant ports that no longer connect to anything. Leaving these open can cause air leaks that mess up your fuel mixture or let hot coolant escape onto sensitive components. This plug is built to close those gaps permanently.
What sets this piece apart is its construction. That thickness isn't just about durability; it is about maintaining structural integrity when the engine gets screaming hot. The manufacturer rates this material to withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. For a motorcycle engine that operates under intense thermal stress, this rating ensures the plug won't soften, deform, or blow out even during aggressive riding or track sessions. It is not just a rubber stopper; it is a heavy-duty industrial component adapted for automotive use.
You should buy this product if you are doing maintenance on cooling systems, vacuum lines, or turbo bypass valves where a simple closure is needed. It comes with a stainless steel clamp, which is essential because the silicone needs to be held tight against the port to prevent any seepage. However, if you are looking for a part to route air through an engine, this is not the right tool. It is a dead-end cap, not a connector. If your project requires moving fluid or air from one place to another, this part will simply block the flow rather than facilitate it. Stick with this option only when the goal is to seal and forget.

The Tyeioms 90 Degree Elbow is a completely different beast, engineered for the high-flow demands of modern forced-induction systems. Unlike the simple cap, this is a directional coupler designed to change the path of air or liquid by ninety degrees. This size is common in cold air intake setups, intercooler piping, and turbocharger output tubes where the mass of air moving through the system is significantly higher than what passes through a vacuum line. The sheer difference in scale means this part handles a much heavier workload in terms of airflow dynamics.
This makes it incredibly resilient against the boost pressures found in turbocharged engines. The temperature range is equally impressive, handling everything from -60°C to 260°C (-140°F to 500°F). While the maximum temperature is lower than the BEIJIULI cap, the Tyeioms 90 compensates with superior flexibility and pressure handling, ensuring it won't burst under the load of a turbocharger spooling up. It includes two heavy-duty T-bolt clamps, which are necessary to secure the large diameter ends without crushing the silicone.
This component is ideal for anyone building a performance intake system or routing intercooler pipes on a vehicle. The 4-inch leg length provides enough space to fit around other components without creating sharp bends that restrict airflow. You need this part if your project involves connecting a turbo outlet to an intercooler or bridging a gap between a filter and a throttle body. However, do not attempt to use this on a small vacuum line; the 2-inch opening is far too large for most motorcycle vacuum ports. It is a specialized tool for high-performance air management, not for general sealing or minor plumbing repairs.
• Best for sealing small vacuum ports → BEIJIULI 4-Ply (due to the precise 3/4" ID and plug design).
• Best for redirecting high-volume airflow → Tyeioms 90 (due to the 2" ID and 90-degree elbow shape).
• Highest temperature tolerance → BEIJIULI 4-Ply (rated to 350°F versus 500°F max for Tyeioms, but better suited for localized heat spikes in small ports).
• Highest pressure resistance → Tyeioms 90 (rated at 2MPA, essential for turbo boost applications).
• Best for motorcycle maintenance → BEIJIULI 4-Ply (fits the smaller scale of typical bike vacuum and coolant systems).
• Best for automotive turbo/intercooler builds → Tyeioms 90 (designed specifically for larger diameter piping).
• Included hardware type → BEIJIULI comes with one stainless steel clamp; Tyeioms includes two T-bolt clamps for its larger size.
After weighing the specifications and intended use cases, I would choose the BEIJIULI 4-Ply if I were working on a motorcycle. The reason is simple: most motorcycle modifications involve managing smaller vacuum lines, sealing off unused coolant ports, or fixing leaks on throttle bodies where a simple, reliable cap is required. The Tyeioms 90 is an incredible piece of engineering, but its 2-inch diameter and elbow shape are overkill and physically incompatible with the majority of motorcycle applications. Unless you are running a massive custom intake system on a bike, the BEIJIULI 4-Ply is the practical, correct choice for keeping your engine sealed and running smoothly.
No, this is a solid plug designed for sealing low-pressure vacuum or coolant ports, not for withstanding the dynamic pressure of turbocharged air intake systems.
Absolutely not; the 2-inch inner diameter is far too large for standard vacuum hoses, which typically require 3/4-inch or smaller fittings.
Yes, the BEIJIULI package includes one stainless steel clamp, and the Tyeioms 90 comes with two adjustable heavy-duty T-bolt clamps to ensure a secure fit.
The BEIJIULI 4-Ply is rated to 350°F, while the Tyeioms 90 handles up to 500°F, but the Tyeioms is designed for bulk airflow rather than localized heat sealing.
