This policy describes how Behance Image Downloader ("the extension," "we," "us") handles information. The extension is published by ExtensionsFox. Contact: help@extensionsfox.com. Website: https://extensionsfox.com.
1. What the extension does
Behance Image Downloader helps you view and save images from Behance project gallery pages (behance.net/gallery/...). It reads the page you have open, shows thumbnails in the popup, and can download those files to your computer or export a list of image URLs.
2. Information we collect
Account token
When you first use the extension, we create a random identifier (UUID) and store it in Chrome local storage on your device. We send this identifier to our servers so we can check whether your device has a Pro subscription. It is not your name, Google account, or Behance account.
Membership status
We store a local flag that indicates whether Pro is active, so the extension can enable or disable download and export.
Settings
Your export format preference (CSV, Excel, or JSON) is stored in Chrome local storage on your device.
Restore / Change token
If you restore a purchase, you enter the email address and order ID from your payment receipt. We send those values to our API only to look up and attach the matching subscription.
Payment
If you buy Pro, checkout happens on https://extensionsfox.com/checkout. We pass your token, app ID, and selected plan to that page. Payment details (such as card numbers) are collected by the checkout provider on that site, not by the extension.
Support and uninstall
If you uninstall the extension, Chrome may open a feedback page on our website. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your Behance login, cookies, or Adobe account.
We do not upload Behance project images, thumbnails, or page HTML to our servers.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use the extension to run ads or track you across other websites.
We do not collect precise location, browsing history outside Behance project tabs we are allowed to read, or analytics SDKs inside the extension.
4. How we use information
We use the token and membership status to provide the product, unlock Pro features you paid for, restore a purchase on another device, and respond to support requests.
5. Where data is processed
The extension talks to:
• https://api.extensionsfox.com — membership checks, token restore, and related product APIs
• https://extensionsfox.com — checkout, website, and optional uninstall feedback
Image files are saved on your computer through Chrome's download manager. They are not sent to our servers.
6. Permissions
storage — keep your token, membership flag, and settings on this device.
downloads — save images to your default Downloads folder (including a project subfolder).
scripting — run a short script on the Behance project tab so we can find image URLs.
Host permission for https://*.behance.net/* — required to detect a gallery page and read image URLs on that page.
7. Data retention
The token and settings stay on your device until you remove the extension or clear extension storage. Server-side subscription records are kept as long as needed to provide the purchase and for legal or accounting requirements. If you ask us to delete a restore record tied to your email and order ID, contact help@extensionsfox.com.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the services that run checkout and our API hosting, and only as needed to process a payment or provide the extension. We may disclose information if required by law.
9. Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the extension after an update means you accept the revised policy.
