START HERE -- THE MYSTERY

In the heart of South Dakota, Even before South Dakota was South Dakota, 4 visionaries named Nathaniel, Edwin, Randall, & Oswald Established a simple schoolhouse they called the Boy's Club. Within that schoolhouse by the Missouri River laid a mystery dating back over 2000 years. The old building, with its creaky floors and dusty corners held secrets only the most curious minds could uncover. 

One rainy afternoon, a group of members stumbled upon an ancient chest in the attic. Inside they found a series of cryptic notes in a worn-out journal which belonged to one of the Club's original founders. Within this journal were a series of puzzles and clues leading towards a grand secret. The first clue was a reference to the first Five Caesars of Rome: Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, and Nero. Each Caesar's name was paired with a series of numbers and letters that seemed to form a code. 

The Club members, intrigued by the challenge, began to decipher the codes. They quickly realized that the numbers corresponded to letters in the alphabet, and the letters formed words when arranged correctly with the first message reading "Seek the light where shadows fall". 

Following this cryptic hint, the group searched the building for places where light and shadow played together. Inside the library they found an old painting of a lighthouse. Behind it, they discovered a hidden compartment containing a piece of parchment with a series of dots and dashes.

Decoding the code of the parchment revealed another message stating  "The key lies with Caesar." Their only question was which Caesar would unlock the key? However in a dramatic twist of fate, a terrible fire destroyed the old schoolhouse and the clues were torn apart and scattered by the fire, wind, and time.

As time wore on, these clues have slowly materialized to this moment where they are gathered here within the marina. The only thing in its entirety left from the 4 founders was this short quote...

"The goal of our club is to recognize that Every name helps achieve new club improvements, namely growing reasons each attending child herE has to keep coming back day-after-day and realizing new ways to become the best versions of themselves."

Members throughout the years to this moment have strove to fulfill the founders' mission of encouraging future generations to increase the influence the Club has on all of the children it interacts with, while finding new ways to help even more.
