Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how **AI Bedroom Designer Studio** (the "Application" or "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data. This policy is specifically designed to comply with Apple's App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i) regarding Data Collection and Data Use.
## 1. What Data the App Collects
The Application is built with privacy-first principles. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or phone number.
The only data we collect and process includes:
* **Text Prompts:** The text descriptions or design ideas you manually type into the App to generate 3D bedroom interior designs.
* **Anonymous Device Information:** Non-identifiable device tokens required by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) strictly to manage in-app purchases and credit balances.
## 2. How the App Collects Data
* **Direct Input:** Text prompts are collected only when you type them into the text box and tap the "Generate" button.
* **Automated Collection:** Anonymous subscription data is collected automatically in the background to verify your premium access and credit balance.
## 3. All Uses of That Data
Your data is used strictly for the core functionality of the Application:
* **Text Prompts:** Used exclusively to generate the architectural 3D bedroom design you requested.
* **Subscription Data:** Used exclusively to unlock premium features and manage your generation credits.
We **do not** use your text prompts or generated designs for marketing, profiling, or tracking across other companies' apps or websites. We **do not** sell your data to any third party.
## 4. Third-Party Services and Data Transmission (Who the Data is Sent To)
To provide state-of-the-art AI generation capabilities, the Application transmits your **Text Prompts** to the following specific third-party AI services:
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C. (OpenAI):** Your text prompt is sent to OpenAI to enhance and format the text for better architectural results.
2. **Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs:** The enhanced text prompt is then sent to Replicate (hosting the Black Forest Labs image generation models) to generate the final 3D image.
**Important Data Protections & Equal Protection Guarantee:**
* We only send the raw text of your prompt. We do **not** send any personal identifiers, names, or device IDs to these AI providers.
* We have verified that both **OpenAI** and **Replicate** provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They do not use API data (your text prompts) to train their public machine learning models.
* The Application does not transmit your data to any other unlisted third parties.
## 5. Obtaining User Permission
In compliance with App Store guidelines, the Application displays a clear, in-app consent modal before you generate your first design. This screen explicitly explains what data (Text Prompts) will be sent and who it will be sent to (OpenAI and Replicate).
**The App will only transmit your data to these third parties if you explicitly tap the "I Agree & Continue" button.** If you decline, your data will not be collected or transmitted, and the generation feature will not proceed.
## 6. Photo Library Access
The Application may request "Add to Photos" (Write-Only) permission. This is strictly to allow you to save your generated AI designs directly to your device's camera roll.
* The App **does not** read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photos.
* The App does not transmit your personal photos to our servers or any third-party AI service.
## 7. Data Retention
Your text prompts are processed transiently in real-time. We do not store a permanent database of your prompts on our servers. Any generated images you choose not to save locally on your device are discarded.
## 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, if required, by requesting your consent again within the App.
