# END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the **AI Bedroom Designer Studio** application (the "Application").
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
## 1. Acknowledgment
You and the Developer acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The Developer, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and Google Play's Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
## 2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your personal or commercial purposes (such as generating interior design concepts and architectural renders).
## 3. User-Generated Content (AI Designs)
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate images based on your text prompts.
* **Ownership:** You retain the rights to the text prompts you input into the Application.
* **Commercial Use:** You are free to use the generated 3D interior design images for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes.
* **Content Restrictions:** You agree not to generate, create, or distribute any illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content using the Application.
* **Uniqueness:** Due to the inherent nature of generative AI technologies, the Developer does not guarantee the absolute uniqueness of the generated images.
## 4. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is critically important. The Application does not require an account creation or collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name or phone number.
* **Data Processing:** Your text prompts are sent securely to third-party APIs solely for the purpose of creating your design.
* **Device Permissions:** The Application may request access to your device's Photo Library strictly to allow you to save your generated designs. The Application does not scan, upload, or modify your existing photos.
## 5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The Application may offer premium features through a credit-based system or recurring subscriptions.
* **Billing:** Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
* **Cancellation:** You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. The Developer does not have direct access to process refunds; you must request them through the respective app store platform.
## 6. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
* License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application software itself.
* Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
* Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Developer or its affiliates, partners, or suppliers.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application), even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
## 8. Warranties
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
## 9. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
