Bedazzle (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Bedazzle collects, how it is used, and the choices you have when using our mobile application.
Bedazzle is designed to work primarily on your device and does not require you to create an account.
Bedazzle allows you to select photos from your device and use them as artwork.
When you choose a photo:
The app accesses only the photo you explicitly select.
Photos are processed on your device.
Photos are not uploaded to our servers.
We do not maintain a cloud photo library or backup of your imported images.
We do not use your photos for advertising, AI training, or other purposes unrelated to the app's functionality.
Bedazzle may also include artwork and templates bundled with the application.
Your Bedazzle projects, including placed rhinestones, artwork, settings, and thumbnails, are stored locally on your device.
We do not operate a server that stores or synchronizes your projects.
If you delete the app or otherwise remove its local data, locally stored projects may be lost.
Bedazzle may display advertisements using Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect certain information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Bedazzle may use:
Banner advertisements.
Interstitial advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements may be offered to provide temporary access to certain premium features or content.

Bedazzle may offer optional in-app purchases, including a lifetime Premium purchase.
Payments are processed by the relevant app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card, debit card, or other payment credentials.
Purchase and transaction information is handled by the applicable app store according to its privacy policy and terms.
Bedazzle does not currently use a third-party analytics service to build user profiles or track your activity across the app.
We may introduce analytics or measurement technologies in future versions. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant data collection and purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not upload or share your imported photos or locally stored Bedazzle projects with us or third parties for unrelated purposes.
Information may nevertheless be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to provide services used by the app, such as advertising, payment processing, crash/error services if introduced, or platform services.
Those providers process information according to their own policies and applicable agreements.
Bedazzle requests access to device features only when necessary for a feature you choose to use.
For example, the app may use:
Photo access: when you choose an image from your device.
File/storage functionality: where required by the operating system to save or access app data.
Internet/network access: for services such as advertisements and app-store functionality.
You can manage available permissions through your device settings.
Bedazzle is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the app and its service providers.
Because Bedazzle stores projects locally on your device, the security of those projects also depends on the security of your device and operating-system account.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Bedazzle may use third-party services, including:
Google AdMob for advertising.
Google Play Billing for Android purchases.
Apple App Store / StoreKit for iOS purchases.
These services may process information according to their respective privacy policies.
You can:
Choose whether to import a particular photo.
Manage app permissions through your device settings.
Remove imported photos and projects from the app.
Disable or limit advertising personalization where supported by your device or platform settings.
Choose whether to purchase Premium.
Because Bedazzle does not require an account or maintain cloud storage for your projects, there is no Bedazzle account containing your projects that you need to request deletion from.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Bedazzle, applicable laws, or the services we use.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
