Wednesday 3rd of March @ 6pm AWST
Understanding trauma can be a bridge for building greater connection in relationships and empowering us with a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
Being trauma-informed can help us:
Enhance your own understanding of yourself and others.
Hold more compassion for others.
Make us better space holders and supporters for those around us, especially if you are a coach or someone of service to others (PT, Life Coach, Mindset Mentor, Business mentor, Manager or Boss).
Replace self-judgement and shame with empowerment and self-compassion.
Gain a deeper awareness of WHY people do the things they do (compulsion, sabotage etc).
Have a greater capacity to sit in discomfort with ourselves and others.
Discover what trauma actually is at a core level, and how it manifests in our bodies and everyday life.
Learn how to identify whether someone is affected by trauma.
Learn appropriate ways to support yourself and others who experience the affects of trauma.
Learn powerful tools to begin to heal trauma, process emotions, self-regulate and build resilience.
