Become Her Terms of Service

Welcome to Become Her ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Become Her iOS application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Become Her, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Become Her. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use Become Her for personal, non commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users.
Circumvent or interfere with core features, including subscription functionality.
3. Core Features
Become Her provides:
Daily ritual and habit tracking with progress over time.
Social features, including adding friends, viewing friends' progress, and sharing your profile and wall.
A personalised profile, including a bio, profile photo, and posts.
Customisable plans and reminders.
Some features require a paid subscription.
4. User Generated Content
You are responsible for the content you post, including photos, text, your bio, and profile details. By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. The App provides tools to block and report other users, and we act on reports within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription managed through Apple's App Store.
All purchases, billing, and cancellations are handled directly by Apple.
We do not provide refunds outside Apple's policies.
Subscription access is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Ensuring your device is compatible with the App.
Providing accurate information when setting up your profile.
Using the App in compliance with applicable laws.
Treating other users with respect.
7. Disclaimers
Become Her is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
That the App will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.
Accuracy or reliability of any content posted by other users.
Continuous, error free, or fully secure operation of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Become Her is not liable for:
Any consequences resulting from reliance on the App's features.
Content posted by other users, or interactions between users.
Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your data.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and features of Become Her are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Become Her at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
