OUR STANDARDS

We have high standards for the food we sell on KFOM, and prioritize local and quality for every product we carry. This means we look for products grown, raised or processed in the Klamath Basin using natural, organic and local ingredients whenever possible.

We care deeply about regenerative agriculture, animal welfare, sustainable production methods, and fair labor. It is our goal to work with farmers, ranchers, makers and bakers who consider themselves stewards of the land, and who source ingredients locally and responsibly. We hope you feel the same way!
