BeBrick Privacy Policy

Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains what information about users of BeBrick mobile application (hereinafter – “You”) is collected by BeBrick (hereinafter – “We”), how this is done and what it is used for.

By Your using the BeBrick mobile application, You understand and agree to the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and BeBrick, that We may amended from time to time.

Types of information collected

We collect personal information when You provide it to Us and when You use BeBrick mobile application, including information related to Your activity while using BeBrick mobile application.

• Account information. When You create an account in BeBrick mobile application, We collect information such as Your name, email address, and an optional profile photo, provided that no personal information is requested as mandatory in order to be able to use BeBrick mobile application.

• Social media information. If You choose to login to BeBrick mobile application via a third party platform or social media network (for example, Facebook), or otherwise connect Your account on the third party platform or network to BeBrick mobile application, We may collect information from that platform or network, such as Your social media alias, first name on the social media platform and profile photo. Our collection and processing of the information We obtain from social media platforms is governed by the requirements imposed by these social media platforms in their relevant terms and conditions.Contact information. We collect personal information from You such as name and email address when You contact Us via the contact form, register for Our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with Us.

• Photographs and bricks sets information. We also collect photographs You provide to BeBrick mobile application while using, via Your camera or camera roll (if You have granted Us permission to access Your camera or camera roll) and information about Your bricks sets You provide within BeBrick mobile application. We do not collect any sensitive personal data (such as racial origins, political opinions, health or biometric data, religious or philosophical beliefs).

We may also collect non-personal information about You which can include: logs and usage information, device and OS information, location information, IP addresses and sessions.

We may also use third-party service providers to collect and process analytics and other information on BeBrick mobile application. These third-party service providers may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons or other storage technology to collect and store analytics and other information. They have their own privacy policies addressing how they use the analytics and other information and We do not have access to, nor control over, third parties’ use of cookies or other tracking technologies.

How we use your information

We may use information other than photographs to operate and improve BeBrick mobile application:

• Enable You to use the BeBrick mobile application’s features;

• Establish and maintain Your account, if You choose to login to BeBrick mobile application using Your social media account;

• Communicate with You about BeBrick mobile application, including by sending You announcements, updates, and security alerts, which We may send through a push notification, and responding to Your requests, questions and feedback;

• Provide technical support and maintenance for BeBrick mobile application;

• Perform statistical analysis about use of BeBrick mobile application (including through the use of third parties statistic services).

We may also use Your information to send You marketing and promotional communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt-out of Our marketing and promotional communications.

Share and disclosure of information

We reserve the right to access, use, preserve, transfer or disclose, at any time without notice to You, any information (including personal information) as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

If You have enabled features or functionality that connect BeBrick mobile application to a third-party platform or social media network (such as by logging into BeBrick mobile application using Your account in the third party platform or social media network), such third party platforms’ use of Your personal information in this case is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Your legal rights

You can stop all collection of information by BeBrick mobile application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of Your mobile device. Please note that You may at any time exercise Your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and portability with respect to Your personal data by writing to Our email address bebrickapp@gmail.com.

You may revoke any permissions You previously granted to Us, such as permission to access Your camera, camera roll, or microphone through the settings on Your mobile device.

You have the right to have Your Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed. You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information, subject to exceptions set forth by the law (such as, including but not limited to, where the information is used to identify and repair errors in this app, to detect security incidents and protect against fraudulent or illegal activities, to exercise certain rights etc.).

If no legal exception applies, as a result of exercising your right, we will delete your personal information.

To exercise the right described above, you need to access the “Account” section of the BeBrick mobile application, tap the last button named “Delete account” and confirm deletion.

How and when we are expected to handle your request. The deletion process is expected to complete automatically within 1 day after initiated.

Information protection

Information security is important to Us and We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of Your information. We have established physical, electronic, managerial and procedural safeguards to protect the information We collect, process and maintain.

Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If We make material changes to this Privacy Policy, We will notify You by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on BeBrick mobile application.

Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon Our posting the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on BeBrick mobile application. In all cases, Your continued use of BeBrick mobile application after the posting of any modified Privacy Policy indicates Your acceptance of the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.
